Notes to the rental rates
To secure a booking, a 25% deposit is required. The balance (75%) is payable 10 weeks before arrival. A $500 security deposit is requested at the time of paying the balance. This is returned after your vacation, subject to damage checks.Christmas and New Year only available as a 7 day booking or more. Aircon is free up to a weekly value of $150, therefor, the usage will be deducted from your security deposit. There is a meter for you to assess your personal use.
Government Tax payable - 11% on all rental costs.
