Completed in May 2007, this brand new contemporary mansion sits directly on Grace Bay, the world’s best beach (as voted at the World Travel Awards 2006).

Privately set in an acre of tropical landscaped grounds, the house enjoys 100 feet of stunning beach frontage, with the purest of fine sand and azure blue ocean, stretching to the west and east. With no condo’s, this area of beach has only 6 other high-end residences, providing peace, quite and privacy.

Footprints is located on the island of ‘Provo’. The world famous Grace Bay is a 12 mile ‘smile’ of perfect sand and the villa is located at the eastern end of the bay. The TCI is located 1 hr, 10 min flight from Maimi and is also fed from New York, Atlanta, Charlotte. More routes appear annually. Provo is only 20 miles long, and has a tremendous choice of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops as well as a highly regarded 18 hole golf club. It is known to be the safest of all Caribbean islands and is perfect for families. The sea is warm, uniquely azure, and the sand is as perfect as you would imagine. The villa is in the most exclusive address areas, Flamingo Lane and is neighbored only by a few similar large residencies. The gardens are lush, and were designed and planted by the creators of the Palms.
