The world famous Grace Bay is a 12 mile ''smile'' of perfect sand, and the villa is located at the eastern end, on a section of beach called Pelican Beach, in the peaceful gated Leeward residential area (no hotels, just private homes!). The TCI is located just 1 hours flight from Miami, and is made up of several islands, all surrounded by the Atlantic and Caribbean seas. The island of ''Provo'' is only 20 miles long, and has a marvellous choice of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops as well as a highly regarded 18 hole golf course. It is known to be the safest of all Caribbean island and is perfect for families. The sea is a warm, uniquely blue/green and the sand is as perfect as you would imagine. The house is in the most exclusive address, Flamingo Lane, neighboured only by a few similar large homes. You even have a celebrity next door but one! The villa''s gardens were created by the designer of The Palms.
