Notes to the rental rates

To secure a booking, a 25% deposit is required. The balance (75%) is payable 10 weeks before arrival. A $500 security deposit is requested at the time of paying the balance. This is returned after your vacation, subject to damage checks.

Christmas and New Year only available as a 7 day booking or more. Aircon is free up to a weekly value of $150, therefor, the usage will be deducted from your security deposit. There are meters for you to assess your personal use and cut-off sensors on outer doors to avoid waste.

Government Tax payable - 10% on all rental costs.

We can arrange various in-house services to enhance your vacation and meet you individual needs:

• daily maid service (rates include and initial and weekly service)
• chef for the night! - we can arrange for a chef and staff to come and cook, serve and tidy for the lunch/evening, for all your guests - local and international menus available
• child minder - to allow the adults some free time!
• beach massage and private pamper day
• car hire (other than the Hummer H2)

This villa is loaded with the very best in modern gadgets! 42 inch Flat screen, with built in surround sound wall speakers (plus TV's in every bedroom), iPod base stations, XBox, wireless in all rooms, full size pool table, bikes, fully-loaded office for dad's who can't be without communications on their vacation.

HUMMER H2 As guests, you have the option to utilise the mansions private 2006 Hummer H2, in gleaming white with leather trim, and all the extras. A separate booking is required as this is not included in the standard accommodation rates. Drivers must be over 25 years of age, have a full and clean licence. Full insurance must be taken at the time of booking. $1500 per week. For details, please just ask.
